Just had a major tile installion from the entry, hallway and the whole family room. Project took seven days into the evenings. Tile installer was a young man named Dylan. He was respectful, focused and dedicated to getting the job done right. End result is a beautiful floor that has gotten nothing but rave comments from family and friends. This for us was a major project that started by first visiting many stores in the Grand Rapids area and initially looking at wood laminates. Disappointed with options shown. On the way home to Kalamazoo we decided to try one more place. Found West Michigan Carpet and a tile (Chicago 4X8) and decided that a quality tile was far far better than any laminate we’d seen.
